1. Agreement

By using Lucky8 (pro8e.com) — including clicking Accept on the cookie banner — you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

2. The service

Lucky8 offers luck readings, digital charms, animated artifacts, and giftable experiences. Readings and charms are works of luck and craft made for enjoyment — they are not predictions, advice, or guarantees of any outcome.

3. Purchases

Paid items are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. Prices are shown before checkout. Digital items are delivered as rendered pages, cards, and animations linked to your result. Because delivery is digital, sales are final once your item has been delivered. If you lose your page, use Find my purchase to recover it with your checkout email. Problems? Contact us — we would rather fix it than leave you unhappy.

4. Gifting

You may purchase an item as a gift, which creates a private link for your recipient. You are responsible for sending gift links only to people who will welcome them. The recipient completes their own reading to claim the gift.

5. Your uploads

Some products let you upload an image (for example, a face for a charm). You may only upload images you own, created yourself, or have permission to use. By uploading you confirm you hold those rights, and that the image does not violate the rules in section 6. You grant Lucky8 a limited license to process and display the image solely to make and deliver your item. Original uploads are kept private and deleted after processing.

6. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not upload, send, or create anything unlawful — including content that infringes copyright or trademark, is sexually explicit or exploitative (we have zero tolerance for any sexual content involving minors, which we report to authorities), is hateful, harassing, or defamatory, invades someone's privacy, or depicts another person without their consent. You must not scrape, attack, or abuse the service, or try to bypass payment. We may refuse, remove, or disable content, links, and access at our discretion where these rules are broken.

7. Intellectual property

Lucky8's design, text, code, and brand belong to us. The readings, cards, and charms rendered for you are yours to keep and share personally — not to resell or present as your own product.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for sessions and preferences, and optional analytics cookies only after you accept. Declining keeps the site working and disables analytics. Accepting the cookie banner also accepts these terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have that cannot be waived.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest revision, and continued use means you accept the update. Questions, removal requests, or concerns — reach us through the Contact page.
